Room Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Hampton Inn in Statesville, NC as a Room Attendant. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to brand standards
  • Replace linens and replenish amenities
  • Dust, vacuum, and organize rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Room Attendants must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
