- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
